At Flarefix, we stand behind the quality of every professionally refurbished iPhone we sell. That's why eligible refurbished iPhones include a 5-month warranty, giving you added confidence and peace of mind with your purchase. Every device undergoes comprehensive testing and quality inspections before it reaches our customers to ensure reliable everyday performance.

Our warranty is designed to protect you against eligible internal hardware faults that occur under normal use during the warranty period. If an eligible issue arises, our experienced technicians will inspect the device to determine the cause of the fault and recommend the most appropriate solution. If the device cannot be repaired, customers may qualify for a 40% refund in accordance with our warranty terms.

Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by improper handling. We encourage customers to use protective cases and screen protectors to help keep their devices in excellent condition.
